Terms and Conditions
Definitions
1) SELLER: Is AGE of Africa Wildlife Conservation (Pty) LTD
2) PURCHASER: Is the person or corporation “Purchasing” the “Stand” and is uniquely identified and registered by his/her email address.
3) “Purchasing” as it relates to this site and contract, is the act of the Purchaser donating the purchase price to the Seller for the purposes of acquiring land for Wildlife and Nature conservation.
4) “Stand” is a one square meter of land.
5) “Ownership” as it relates to this site and contract, is multifaceted. The Virtual Ownership of the Stand is owned by the Purchaser, the Exclusive Rights to the Land is owned by the Flora and Fauna on the Conservation Area, and the Trustee and Legal Owner of the Land will be the Seller.
6) NAME, ADDRESS AND INCORPORATION
Age of Africa Wildlife Conservation (Pty) LTD reg. No. 2009/017354/07 is the developer of the proposed Bloemendal Nature Conservation area. And has it registered offices at 20 Ixia Road, Wychwood, Germiston, Gauteng South Africa and was registered in 2009. Postal Address is PO Box 75738 Gardenview, 2047 South Africa.
7) DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT
Norman Luke Jackson is the Managing Director of AGE of Africa Wildlife Conservation (Pty) LTD
8) AUDITOR & Secretary of the Company
9) Total Stands – the project wishes to purchase 214 hectares of land, so the threshold for the Air Fare Prize is 21,400 “Stands”, and the threshold for the World Cup Final Cup Tickets is 107,000 “Stands”.
AGREEMENT
1) The Purchaser hereby agrees to pay the Seller the sum of One Hundred and Sixteen South African Rand (R116.00) which is approximately €10.00 for Each Stand purchased.
2) Of the Purchase price R100 will be held in Trust for the Sole Purpose of the Purchase of Land and Nature Conservation.
3) The R16 will be paid service providers for administration and bank fees.
4) Each Stand purchased will gain an entry into the World Cup 2010 Prize draw to be held on 30 April 2010.
5) The Live Draw will be pot Cast and will be supervised by independent auditors and local publically elected officials.
6) The winner will be notified by email, it is the purchaser’s duty to ensure that the email address supplied is correctly updated if there are any changes.
7) The Seller guarantees that all money held in Trust is used solely for the purpose intended.
8) The Winner of the World Cup 2010 Prize draw will be required to provide a refundable deposit for any possible damages and breakages caused to the lodge or transport provided by the Seller.
9) This agreement is the Sole agreement between the Seller and the Purchaser.
